CPT Compliance Requirements

Currently, it is necessary for licensed corporations and licensed individuals to make confirmation of compliance with the obligations set out in the Guidelines on CPT under the Annual Return.
In particular, it is necessary to confirm that they have:

Implemented training programme(s) to meet the training needs of their licensed representatives
Evaluated their training programme(s) at least once during the previous calendar year
Maintained sufficient records on their training programme(s) and the CPT activities undertaken by each of their licensed representatives
Undertaken the number of CPT hours he/she is obliged to undertake during the previous calendar year
Retained sufficient records of all CPT activities he/she has undertaken during the previous calendar year.
